Roasted chicken

I like chicken, but not all of them. I like nice chicken, chicken that taste something. All chickens don't do that. 

Never buy a chicken in a supermarket. Or at least not in the supermarkets here in Czech Republic. It doesn't taste anything. 

Go and buy it in bio store, they are more expensive but they taste better. 

Or you can go to prazka trznice, to hala 22 to the woman that sells chicken. They taste really really good. 

As well more pricy but they are SO good. 

Even better is if you separate the skin from the chicken breast, stuff in half oranges and some bacon.

In side the chicken you stuff rest of the orange, bacon, half a onion, and one carrot. Smear the top of the breast with butter and salt and pepper it. 

IN the oven, on medium high temperature 

LOVELY

The oranges and bacon in the breast makes it juicy and it cooks slower, as the breast can be bit tricky to keep juicy. But this really makes it perfect. 

Try it, me and my little kiddo just eat like crazy. 

   

But I really believe that it's best with a chicken that is just not factory farmed!
