Cutting down carbs

Lunch time is here, and as I am cutting down the carbs. 
But what to have then?!?!

Creamed redcabbage!

Red cabbage:

Energi: 26 kcal
Carbohydrates: 4,2g
Fibrer: 1,9g
Protein: 1,4g
Fet: 0,3g
 vitamin-k
vitamin-c, B6, potassium (kalium) and calcium 

Yes I did add some oil, and flour and milk to make the cream. 
But I do still think it is better then alot of carbs that are just "empty"

I think it looks nice as well


perfect to eat with nice piece of steak, or a good MEATY sausage
